In embibe , I am a part of an UAT(User acceptance testing) team as an academic lead for Mathematics. My primary role is to train faculties to review questions and solutions and detect errors, if any, and ensure the content is error free before getting published in online platform.

I worked for a NGO named PRADAN where my role was to engage with rural communities , especially women collectives and explore their lifestyle and then to contribute in best possible way to enhance their livelihood opportunities. The main focus was to enhance their livelihood opportunities by giving them proper training considering their need and location. Government schemes play an important role in their lives,so as an executive I facilitated implementation of various government schemes like MGNREGA, GPDP with the help of local bodies like panchayat. Other responsibilities included ,introducing programs to encourage sustainable use of natural resources like IWMP (Integrated water resource management program) and to train people to implement such programs at ground level , giving gender training and audit trainings to groups by preparing suitable training modules
