Workshop conducted
I have conducted aircraft workshops in multiple South Indian schools during the year 2019 – 2020, to share my knowledge on planes to kids who are unaware of these fascinating subjects.
It was a unique experience and I am glad that I have played a role in their life nurturing them to be part of aviation.
Project
Project Title : Design & Analysis for Spin Rotor Aircraft Wing Efficiency

Description :
In the present study, a general aviation airplane is designed and analyzed. The design process starts with a sketch of how the airplane is envisioned. Weight is estimated based on the sketch and a chosen design mission profile. A more refined method is conducted based on calculated performance parameters to achieve a more accurate weight estimate. This is used to acquire the external geometry of the airplane, with the proposed model of spin rotor for aircraft. A three dimensional layout of the airplane is created using CATIA V5 software. In addition the proposed wing design has been tested and analysed under static pressure, Total pressure and velocity by 30m/s and 150m/s using ANSYS software. The calculated aerodynamic loads are applied to the wing to check the wing reliability. Through simulation it is proved that the designed wing could be a good candidate for similar general aviation airplane implementation.
